G-LAND ...  Even though the water warmed up a bit     STILL     BRING     A      SPRING SUIT       SHORT-ARM FULL     or even a     FULL SUIT    I got the feeling a few days ago that the water is on the trend to warm up, but if that's wrong, you won't be happy by not slipping a suit into your bag.  If i'm right, then we'll all be happier!!!  I'll make sure to keep writing about the cold water until it gets warm again...

Another morning spent hidden in the fog.  Real dense and real wet.  The onshore, blowing off the chilled ocean water really transported me away from feeling like i was standing on the beach at G-Land.  Felt more like being northern baja.  All that was needed to complete the feeling was a donkey raiding my goods.  But the macaques fill that niche.

No surfing for me today and i didn't spend much of it out front checking it.  From what i saw between after the burned-off marine layer and disappearing into the outback, looked a little smaller than yesterday, like 6-8 foot faces but there were some lines running in front of the camp.  Pretty quick looking Moneys but it was a sign of a new swell.

We'll be hoping that tomorrow will be collecting more of it since that's....well....firstly i'm an eternal hopeful and     2nd     the forecast shows something more coming in.
