It is your responsibility to check in with Wanasari Wisata to drop off a copy of your passport no later than 12:00 NOON the day prior to departure for "PERMITS" to be issued. Without the permit, you cannot enter into Alas Purwo National Park.
BAGGAGE PICK-UP and DEPARTURE FROM BALI
On the evening prior to your departure to the Camp, our box van will pick up your surfboards and large bags between 6:00-8:00 PM from your hotel. The following morning, our bus will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 5:00 AM, bringing you to Pantai Segara (German Beach) where our fast boat is moored. This is right next to waves at Kuta Reef. The boat typically starts motoring at approximately 6:00 AM.
FASTBOAT JOURNEY TO G-LAND BOBBY’S SURF CAMP
The trip across the Bali Strait, along the south coast of Eastern Java’s Blambangan Peninsula, and into Grajagan Bay covers about 100 kilometers and typically takes 2 hours with smooth ocean conditions.
Typically, you’ll be walking into camp by 8:00 AM. The time in Java is 1 hour behind Bali since the time zone runs through the Bali Strait. When you walk into the Camp, the Staff will be waiting, ready to welcome you and serve you breakfast. After you have eaten, the Staff taking care of you, whether you’re staying in Standard, Deluxe, or Superior will take you to your bungalow. You’re boards typically show up around this time and after that, you’re set to immerse yourself into G-Land.
RETURN TRIP FROM G-LAND BACK TO BALI
After you have your last breakfast of the trip, you’ll begin the journey back to Bali at 8:30 AM. The return trip typically takes a little longer, about 2-3 hours due to headwinds. When you arrive at German Beach, our drivers will be there waiting to take you back to your hotel in the Kuta area. Your boards will typically get dropped off at your hotel around 9:00 PM, depending on road conditions. For guests staying outside of the Kuta area, we can arrange transport with our drivers for both yourself and your baggage, at a cost depending on the distance from Kuta. Otherwise, there are taxis that wait right there in the car lot and your boards and large bags will get dropped off at our office when they arrive later that evening at around 9:00 PM.
