G-Land had the appearance of quite a reduction in swell size this morning. It was light winds, and about 3-4ft (upon inspection early). I decided to go for a surf at lunch time at Money Trees, and there was a bit of an offshore on it, but quite light, and coming a slight bit more from the south making the barrels not as good. Sets were lully but when they came good size! Easily 5ft when they finally came, and occasionally a 6fter. One wave I got offered 2 nice barrels but mostly it was turn time. All the action was focused on Money Trees again.

A crew went to Tigertracks and had a ball, getting some great head high super fun waves.

After the last 3 days, even though today was pretty damn good, it was an anti-climax to what we have been having. More people left the camp than came in this morning as well. Most of the Hawaiian's bailed, who were all a great crew! Will miss them.. Mike Akima & his son Mika, and a bunch of Mike's friends Sri, Seuo all left. Anthony King also left, he must have had 100 barrels in the past few days. A very good surfer. So the camp definitely had a feeling of less energy... Still almost 60 people here though.
