A new macking swell was due at some point today, in the morning it was still very small seas, the G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp fast boat 'G-Land Express' had very fast smooth sailings, even though the boat was chocker full of guests wanting to avoid the overland journey with the possibility of a long wait in the Java-Bali Ferry terminal.

G-Land Surf soon picked up through the afternoon into some thick doubling up 6-8ft grinders, unfortunately the wind was sideshore all day. Although one guest from San Diego, Pat, reported getting his best barrel of his 3 week trip, a Launching Pad set wave that did a mean head high tube through Speedies.

In the land of Bali I'm still enjoying my holiday from surfing ('Get Real Mate!' I hear you all say, but hey after surfing all season here its good to have a nice long break haha).
