G-LAND ... Just one of those days that felt best to hang on land and enjoy the jungle. I've been having those a lot this season. The surf dropped off to about head high, maybe a few random sets just a little bit bigger, but the onshore didn't make it look enticing enough to get wet. Basically it was a perfect day to lounge. Not too many people out here. I'm sure the forecast helped people make a move back to Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa. Outside Corner, Padang Padang, Desert Point and Supersuck are gonna be the focal spots and the last 3 are probably gonna be packed. But it's far from that out here. Today's transport day left us with 1 handful of fingers more than a dozen and the other camps are gonna be quiet too.
Let's see what these forecasted numbers materialize into. Could be the biggest swell of the season up until now!!! I'm just hoping it's not too big for here...
