G-Land was very small to start off with today. Only 1-2ft max, but definitely some sort of new line in the swell showing early signs of a promised build. We lost about 10 people in total today after changeover, but still have 46 people in camp. With everybody checking the waves all day waiting for the anticipated rise in size, it was inevitable there would be a crowded session late in the day with the incoming tide.

Sure enough by mid afternoon the sets were a solid 3ft (head high) up at Kongs, Fan Palms & Upper Money Trees. The entire G-Land were on to it, and that whole end of the reef had a busy but satisfying for most session. The occassional 4ft set even came through. According to the internet I am predicting solid 4ft tomorrow with maybe 5ft sets. So that will be a nice fun day!

Re: Pool Tournament last night: Roni's father Pak Jo, the carpenter, ended up winning. Perhaps it was his special custom made Cue? Either way he was on fire, winning himself a prize pool of Rp100,000.
