G-Land Surf actually had the best waves early in the morning, early as, light offshore, 3-5ft and hardly anybody out. The rest of the day the winds played up with a quick sea breeze, then a south breeze, and then just light winds in the afternoon and slightly wobbly conditions. G-Land local Kiki sits next to me right now at the beach and predicts a good offshore tomorrow, let's hope his local knowledge comes through.

G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp had a bunch of new guests arrive today, and what a rare occasion is was that the fast boat got here before the overland crew. The overland crew got shafted in the ferry, with a 6hour wait in a big long line of traffic, due to the start of Idul Fitri, which is the celebration of the end of Ramodhan, a Muslim yearly fasting ritual.

All afternoon the surf was about 3-4ft, nothing too fancy, nobody was freaking out on how good a surf they had. But it was probably still better than your local beachie today.
