G-LAND ... BRING A SPRING SUIT SHORT ARM FULL or A FULL SUIT 2mm maybe even a 3/2 if you really want to be warm. The one's wearing jackets, shirts, or vests don't look too happy about their situation!!! The water has even gotten a little colder...it just doesn't feel like 8 degrees off of the equator.
But it's still G-Land and with that being the most important point, it'll bring the focus on how with not much of a positive looking swell prediction, it was 10 foot faces on the proper sets. And there were plenty of them. From about 10 through 3, the point seemed pretty well alive. Kongs through the Ledge working and Fan Palms really working the best. Not much else happen downreef below the Ledge through this window of time. Early morning did have sets going through Moneys but they were consistently too fast. Way too fast and with the whistling offshore, late drops on fast running Moneys is more of a exercise regime to get paddle-fit rather than surfing.
I'm real curious to see what tomorrow's gonna be. The computer-screen prediction doesn't predict much. Should be interesting...
