G-LAND ... started out the day watching Bin Laden's face on the TV as I was walking through the bar. Oh yes. Just to remind us. Not sure what about since there's been massive amounts of different information on why it happened. Is it a possibility that Bin Laden has been living in one of his families royal Saudi palaces and not inside the earth?
Either way or whatever way it goes, what went on in G-LAND on that day...went on today. I would have preferred to see footage of 9 year old barrels on that TV this morning. But instead we all got to make mental footage of fresh barrels from today.
Money Trees, once again being the ever-breaking wave to surf here accepted the swell with gracious hands and peeled off beautiful...hollow...clean...8-12 foot face strips of this delicious fruit we eat. You get the idea...really great day to go surfing. And unbelievably, when the drawing tide came right, we got blessed by a short session on The Ledge.
Clean conditions in the early, a short short blow of bad N wind, and then great offshore conditions until about 3:30. A quick moving front came in from the NW and blew out the rest of the day.
