G-Land had a similar feel to it as yesterday. The swell that built a bit through the day yesterday was peaking early this morning with 4-5ft (head and a half) sets up at Kongs & Fan Palm, but a light Northerly wind gave it enough morning sickness to not make most people paddle out for the dawny.

Later in the morning the wind went light SW. 3-4ft sets were coming in along Money Trees and some head high ones down Speedies. Without the offshore it was not barreling too much, but it had a real nice look to it through the high tide, just like yesterday did. Blue water, blue sky, light SW making it seductively crumbly, and once again I probably should have surfed through the high tide just like I made the mistake yesterday of not doing.

Finally I went out in the last hour, but again, the wind came up a bit stronger, and Kongs was about 3-5ft (easily overhead) on the half tide but a bit bumpy and not all that great. A few fun waves to be had, but I wasn't feeling it. So yes, some really good looking waves around today. Quite a few people surfed Tigertracks as well, and reported some fun shoulder high right handers.
