Harry and Jeanette together...forever...again

Harry and Jeanette together...forever...again

It's nice that I can write the word OFFSHORE and it not reflect my hope for another day.  The "dry-season" trades blew across the Blambangan Peninsula at their common time of 10 o'clock.  G-Land was a fun 4 to 6 foot (faces) with a few, but rare 8 footers.  Most of the action was happening in the lower Kongs/upper Moneys reef sections.  That little extra south in the wind created too much surface chop for upper Kongs and there wasn't enough energy and direction to get further down reef.

Those days that G-Land is far from hollow...like today...really makes you aware of how dominant the barrel search-image normally is for this place.  Sometimes you're trying to squeak into a tight one when you know better...just go around it and continue riding the wave.

Two days ago, I sited the largest kijang (deer) yet.  Today, I came up on the tail of the largest biawaa (monitor lizard) yet.  It had twice the volume of my  G-Land gun...hehe!  Puma claims there's a 3 meter long lizard lurking around.

Harry and Jeanette renewed their vows of commitment.  Led by Puma in the offering sanctuary beside the kitchen, followed with a group dinner at 1 long table, and polished off with a beach-front api ungung (camp fire).  KEEP ENJOYING YOU TWO!!!
