G-Land was a little smaller today. The forecast doesn't look so good so I went for the long one and surfed from 9 til 3:30 making the most of the swell. In that time I surfed all of Money trees and got some fun rides but not like yesterday and alot were shutting down on the higher tide. The sets had 7 feet faces and there was still the odd wave that was really long, fast, and hollow.

A grom from Merewether named Jackson Baker was on his last day and got some good little waves. Throughout his whole trip he didn't get anything huge but it was still some great training for him on his backside and learned a few tube riding skills. It's been great having his energy around and seeing how much he froths on this place.

I'm hoping the waves aren't as small as the forecast reads cause I'm really hungry for some solid waves. See what tomorrow brings.
