G-Land....Galungan today.  Holy Holiday for the Balinese Hindu's which is the commencement day of a 10-day period during which the deified family members who have long left this planet return to their former homes.  It also marks the victory of dharma (order) over adharma (disorder).  Plenty of information on it if you're curious enough.  So...Puma, Ketut, and Dewa (Putuh, Jackie, and Kadek are in Bali) prepared their ceremonial offerings and requested the grace and generosity from God.

Alright....surf was about 6-10 foot faces and wind was a bit variable today, but stayed fairly good for the most part since it never came up strong. A little W...then E....then N!  We've had a real nice run of good wind for almost 2 weeks now and that's something to be thankful for.

Kong's and Fan Palms were still the staple, but a little bit of a swell direction change was enough to start sending sets into Money Trees.  Right at sunset, I saw a beautiful 3 wave set pipe down the line and go unridden, probably cause no one was ready for such a rogue set.  Hopefully it's an indicator of some good waves for tomorrow.
