G-Land was building all morning and everyone was getting excited. The big boards came out after brushing off the cobwebs and we were all in the water as soon as the tide was up enough to paddle from the beach. Sets were coming in at 6 to 8 feet and there were some nice hollow rides all the way through Moneys. The crowd wasn't too bad and everyone seemed pretty stoked by the end of the day.
The swell seemed to have backed off after the tide turned with the bigger sets earlier in the morning but there is still a chance that tomorrow could be bigger judging by the forecast.. We are all pretty tired after all the long rides and big beatings. Pretty good feeling.
Hopefully tomorrow is a similar story.
