G-Land was looking really good this morning. The sets were 8 ft and Launching Pads into Speedies was pumping but the rest of the reef wasn't that great. After about 1p.m there was a massive sweep coming down the reef and by 3 it was all washed out. It was too low to surf speedies by then and the rest of the reef didn't look that great.
I paddled up and watched Money trees but there was nobody out the whole of G-Land and it wasn't looking too great. There were 10ft sets by then and it was that unpredictable I ended up paddling down the boat channel to get in. Caught my frst wave across the boat channel and it was 3ft. Never seen it break there before.
Nobody paddled out G-Land all afternoon it was that out of control.
