G-Land may have been tame yesterday, but today it was even tamer! The odd nice looking 2ft set would come through, but it wasn't spinning my wheels. Most G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp guests didn't surf today, choosing to save energy for the solid swell forecast to hit tomorrow.
G-Land Surf is looking set to become a roaring beast the next couple of days with possibly the biggest swell of the season ready to greet us tomorrow morning!
G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp hosted a 'Gandrung' Full Moon dance party tonight on the beach. Although its actually a new moon today, it is in place as part of a special day today, where ceremonies were performed in order to request many good waves to come our way. We had a couple of big familys arrive today, so the kids were having a great time dancing with the traditional dancers of the Gandrung, and all the guests were having a go as well. A great experience to have if you come to G-Land.
