G-LAND ... couldn't have imagined a better day if I put my mind to it last night. The swell was still full-on and coming from just that right angle to make almost every wave set up into Speedies the way you would want it to.
10 surfers out on Launching Pad and Speed Reef...no more and at one point it was just 3 of us. Money Trees was empty almost the entire day. NO OMONG KOSONG!!!
Offshore and sometimes even a little stiff, ripping large plumes from the lip. We had a little collection of equipment out there too. Single fin, twin fins, thrusters, bonzer, and a wave ski. Pretty nice variety, more so than normal and especially with the numbers being so low.
Solid double-overhead and even a few bombora sets lighting up the horizon.
