G-Land conditions went through a transition today in the wrong direction. The morning started out nice, continuing the 2-day trend of very calm winds and good swell. The swell remanined through the day, but the wind came onshore and strong at about 13:00. It was tough to get inspired to surf when it's blowing like it was.
G-Land was still recieving 6-8 foot face sets running through most of the reef. We also recieved about 60-80 students from Muncar. You know what that means. English lessons. If I'm in the right mood to have fun with them, it can be 2 hours before I realize it's time to go. Nice kids...always smiling and probably happy to be on a field trip, especially out here!!!
Until tomorrow...
