G-LAND ... November 25th 2011 ...
As the end of the season arrived, that being signified by the last guests leaving camp, the feeling was far from the season actually being over. The conditions were still proper dry season conditions as we motored out from Plengkung's natural boat harbor. The new moon fell on this day and so did a memorial spreading of Dave Thomas senior's ashes. Bobby came into camp for the ceremony, naturally Dave Thomas junior was there as well...so did about 50 other Muslim and Hindu spiritualists, all with the intention of engulfing the ceremony with positivity so that Senior's spirit would be acknowledged with peace and love.
