What a spaced out day I had today. Dehydration, dizziness, ... should have learned from past experiences the importance of keeping very hydrated after so much surfing! Was going to have a whole day off, but felt OK this morning, so shot down to Tigertracks and surfed some pristine 2-3ft rights with no one else...
