July 20th Monday
G-Land was tame today. Glassy until 9am, then a light offshore all day, with 2-3ft waves all along the reef. Nothing too exciting, but rideable and fun for the keen.

At 5:30am I got out of bed super early hoping to walk to the beach, check the G-Land Surf and see Speedies pumping after the swell bump last night. But it was not to be. Still 4-5ft sets coming through Money Trees, but really glassy and not barreling so well, so I didn't surf. Luckily...
July 18th Saturday
G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp had an even amount of guests come and go this morning, so there is still about 50 people in the camp, nationalities include Australian, American, Hawaiian, New Zealand, Brazil, South African, and likely another one or two I've missed. The atmosphere is great in the camp, we're all in our own...

As most of you readers are probably aware, Jakarta was targeted by Terrorists this morning at 7:40am. Two nice hotels were bombed, and numerous foreign citizens from New Zealand and other countries were very unfortunate to die in these blasts. All the G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp staff and guests hearts go out to the victims...
