G-LAND ... Welcome Back to the Jungle. Full Moon tonight and Axle Reno was in the most rare form i've ever gotten to witness. The Gandrung crew rolled into Plengkung around 2 o'clock, bringing in all their gear and setting it up almost right away. Which means the PA and speakers were live and it didn't take long for Reno to come alive into his alter ego...Axle Reno. They'd been into the POP since 9 AM and he could be heard along the entire length of the reef. Welcome to the Jungle and Sweet Child of Mine...at full volume. Not too sure that everyone was as amped as i was to witness the spectacle, but i was loving it. When he finally passed over the mic and i asked for an encore, not a 1 said anything positive. Axle was scorching his throat from the performance.
