G-Land was looking really nice early today so after a yoga session with Kimbo and a nice big breakfast I was in the surf in no time and got some great waves out Money Trees. After only a couple of hours I was setting myself up for a sweet barrel and took the path too high. I was clipped in the head and did a back flip into the water. Snapped my board and scratched my foot on the reef. G-Land reminded me of it's power and sent me in.
I have sent the board to get repaired at the ranger station and rode my new 6'4 that Woody Jack shaped me for the arvo session. Love my new 6'4!
