G-Land was sooo good to see today. After 2 nights of partying before I left Australia and 2 days partying in Kuta I didn't want to see another beer and was ready for some G-Hab in the jungle. I was surprised the budget rooms are now gone and I was thrown into Standard accommodation with legend Davo Davidson. I went to sleep straight after my delicious breakfast and just hearing the sound of the jungle with the animals and offshore winds blowing through the trees I felt like I'd come home after a trip to another world.
Feeling refreshed after my long nap I was straight into the surf for an arvo session that was really fun. I LOVE KONGS! Cutback heaven with long rides.
Everyone was stoked at the end of the day with stories of their good waves and the vibe in the camp was just like I remembered. Happy to be back.
