G-LAND ...   New swell clearly peeling down the reef is how today started off.  It was a transport day and no doubt one of those mornings that the guys on the way out should have been in the water at dawn.  Some double overhead+  sets peeling off pretty fast and thin-lipped.  It was barreling, just not so consistently since the swell was setting up more carvable faces than anything else.

By the time the offshores came up, it was happening.  A little inconsistent, but proper waves coming through Money Trees and Fan Palms.  Big tides today...double 2.6 meters and 9 and 10 o'clock.  Sets were coming in downreef at Speedies, but it wasn't really on.  Maybe only a handful of waves with good form came through all day.  It was upreef where the better and best sessions were happening.  Low tide and the Ledge showed some form too, almost non-stop sets coming in for 30 minutes as the tide was just becoming  low enough for it.  A few gems there today.  And Fan Palms and Kongs lining up real long walls!!!
