G-LAND ... It's been 18 days past and gone since the last day of the last significant swell and the 9th day after that 1 day of significant waves that came into G-Land. YUP...a long sentence is needed to express the loneliness of the unfulfilled longing to ride waves with a character more understood as G-LAND. A new pulse of waves came in today. It was predicted on the forecast and if the forecast is gonna be correct for the next few days, then that'll be so very much appreciated!!!
Good conditions today. Surf was getting up to a couple feet overhead...8 foot faces...smooth ocean surface most of the day and when the light offshore finally came up, the hollowness started to show more. Cole got a long, pocket riding special from Ledge into upper Money Trees. Probably went for 200 yards and really smooth. With the rising tide came the slow push downreef and Money Trees was starting to show more presence. The rest of the day was Kongs, Fan Palms, and the Ledge. We were getting shown some potential for tomorrow as the day was coming to its end. Hoping from some more fun coming tomorrow!!!
