G-LAND ... Just about head high on the morning check sometime around 9, but after about a good long hour n a 1/2 of story talking on the bale, things changed radically.  10 foot sets coming in through Money Trees and even a few larger rogues hitting the reef.  Sloth came up the beach with a positive report that a there were some thick waves coming in, definitely feeling like a solid swell could be approaching.

During that first long check, the wind was pretty consistenly blowing from the W, sometimes going S then N, and only for a moment blowing from the E.  It was still early and the day was looking real promising.  So i headed back into camp to fix up some boards and never made it back out front to look again.  Got a lot of mixed reports for the rest of the day.  Sloth vouched for it again...Kro feeling positive too, but a handful of others claiming is wasn't happening at all since the lump never smoothed out, eventhough a light offshore allegedly materialized late in the day.  I'll commit to the positive reports and just hope that it continues for tomorrow.  I can really hear the ocean right now and i'm way out back in the camp, the furthest away from beach.  Feeling real curious to see what comes with the new day...
