G-LAND ... Kongs day today.  Not too much to write about from my experience since my timing was not in sync with the short-lived pulses that DID come through.  The early morning session at around 6 was clean, lined-up, and already blowing light offshore.  About head-high and just looking fun.  By the time I paddled out, the offshores were going off so strong and the swell really backed off that it ended up being a nice swim, instead of a surf.  I was lucky that I brought my goggles with me.   Another little pulse at around 1:00 and that was it.

Brett headed over to Pulau Merah (Red Island) with Kimbo and 10 of their crew plus Puma and Norris.  Everyone seemed stoked when they came back.  Surf was maybe shoulder high max but it was a fresh experience for everyone except Nur the boat captain.

We just got our boards in from Bali.  10 boards built by Hawaiian shaper Don Johnson who has been living on Bali for long enough now.  4 models ranging from 6'4" through 6'10"...Money Trees, Launching Pad, Speedies, and Cobra so just for whatever reason you don't have a board or you snap your board here, there's a selection of options in camp.
