G-LAND ... today was an exact replay of yesterday. Another beautifully sunny and blue sky day. NO RAIN!!! Everything rooted in this jungle cannot get any greener. I should have gone fish hunting, at least just to see the view. The water has been clear...maybe like 50 feet of visibility. A few of the staff went for a lagoon hunt and came back with prizes. But Bodan (the solid-sized security guard who some people call him Mike Tyson) came back with a handful of reef fish, a couple lobsters the size of a soda can, and one octopus.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching him walk up the beach with a strut layered in pride. He's really intelligent with the natural ways of living. If I had to take someone as a guide for a jungle mission. It would be him.
