G-Land started pulsing early. There were 8ft sets and the level of surfing was phenomenal. The ledge was really fun later in the day on low tide and everyone was getting lots of barrels.
The swell didn't really hit speedies but money trees was producing some nice ledgey take offs with good size barrels. Kongs was looking really fun too. The crowd here at G-Land has been very minimal with no more than 40 people in the water at once.
The top photo above is of me pulling into Money trees. It's my birthday so was after a good barrel even the pros were here. The photo below is of the remote control chopper being used for filming and photos here in G-Land.
