G-Land was still showing some nice sets this morning. Some solid 3-5ft sets were coming through all day long in the G-Land Surf.
It was glassy till about 10am, then a South-southeast tradewind (the common wind of recent) blew all day. This wind is very clean for the face of the wave, but isn't the best for the barrel, although there were barrels still to be had. Most of the waves were at Money Trees, bar for a few sets on the Pad on the 1.9m tide (shallow as small speedies), and Kongs had some fun rides too.
I went to Tigertracks in the afternoon, it was 1-2ft but fun, and there were 2 cute chicks out surfing, so thats always a bonus!
