G-Land Surf was offshore super early today, like first light, and by 7am it had got quite strong. In fact today was the strongest wind I've seen yet! Although this wind speed was still no windier than the average offshore wind in my home of Taranaki hahaha.
The waves were really nice today in G-Land. Size wise it was smaller, 3-4ft but barreling really good through Money Trees, Hoop Throwers was throwing some nice hoops to back door.
G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp guests get to choose their own breakfast lunch and dinner everyday, and today I chose G-Land Salad for the first time. Always thinking it was just a plain salad I never bothered. Well infact it had a wholemeal bread roll, egg, potato, carrot, tomato, lettuce, chicken, cheese and mayonaise! This was an amazing salad, and still had protein and carbs in it too, I was stoked!
