G-Land Bobby's Surf Camp had a fairly big change over today, and the new guests were greated with what is so far the best Speedies of the season. There were some absolute smokers coming through late morning on the outgoing tide. Some amazing barrels today in G-Land!
G-Land Surf had some solid 6-8ft sets on Launching Pads with some grinding double ups through Speedies. In the afternoon a small crew took on Money Trees, but with the swell being so south, it was slim pickings. They all got some good rides anyway in the solid conditions.
Stand outs today were Steve Piggott, head of the fire brigade, Ben the Lifeguard, Bootsie making the deepest backhand tube, Chris from Margaret River, and numerous others... hopefully another good Speedies day tomorrow..
