Welcome back to G-Land Bobby’s Surf CampĀ Mr George, aka Mr Coca Cola, perhaps the guy who has spent the most amount of days in G-Land than anybody else?! A legend in his own right, he knows the G-Land Surf like the back of his hand, he’s in his 50′s and he’s fit as a fiddle, rides a variety of surfboards and surfs 2-3 times a day, and outpaddles everybody!

G-Land was still showing some nice sets this morning. Some solid 3-5ft sets were coming through all day long in the G-Land Surf.

G-Land Bobby’s Surf Camp had so many people leaving on our fast boat this morning that we had to use our G-Land to Grajagan boat as an additional boat to go to Bali! Had a few less people come than go due to the receding tides, but the camp still has over 40 people. The line-up today was considerably less crowded than its been all week too.

This morning was a little bit bigger at G-Land, some solid 4-5ft sets occassionally rolling through. The tradewind once again was blowing strong by 7 or 8am! Great waves all day, and many good barrel rides.

What a day!!!!! G-Land was off the richter scale today, some smoking barrels coming through Speedies! Swell still was solid 6ft on the sets sometimes the odd bigger, and the tradewind kicked in just after high tide, providing a good couple hours of tubular Speed Reef. Today was (more…)
